1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

2. SHIPPING COST

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • No hidden fees or taxes at checkout.

3. PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-13 business days.

4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's portal.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at info@smartdealglobal.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. ADDRESS CHANGES We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.
